NFA-VPS products do not require a prescription from a vet but they must be processed by a trained SQP. If you wish to purchase and NFA-VPS item you will be required to input a number of key information points that will be reviewed by an SQP. POM-VPS products however will require a vets prescription.

Both wet and dry dog food diets are equally appropriate for most dogs. The contents of the food is where there would be differences which varies from product to product. However, if for example your dog suffers from dental or gum issues then a wet food diet may be more appropriate to ease eating pain.
