How does the subscription work — how often will I be charged and receive my order?

Your subscription intervals are fully up to you. Select from a number of monthly options that best suits your needs. Once a subscription is placed the first delivery will occur ASAP and the following deliveries will depend on the interval you selected. Billing is automatic once the initial order is placed.

Can I change the size or variant on my subscription if my pet's needs change?

You can manage your subscriptions on your shop profile. Simply select your user profile from the top right of the page and you will see the "manage subscription" option. Changing product or sizing will unfortunately mean cancelling or pausing your current subscription and selecting a new one.
