Calibra Veterinary Diet Dog Renal & Cardiac 2kg / 12kg

Renal Cardio Support System

Complete dietetic dry food for adult dogs, formulated to support renal function in cases of renal insufficiency and renal failure, whilst also providing nutritional support during the treatment of cardiac disorders and hypertension. Made with dried eggs as a high-quality protein source, with controlled sodium and phosphorus levels, optimal potassium, and added omega-3 fatty acids.

Composition

Rice (65%), dried eggs (18%), chicken fat (preserved with tocopherols), dried apples, salmon oil (3%), hydrolysed chicken liver, brewer's yeast, calcium carbonate (1.5%), algae (1%, Schizochytrium limacinum), potassium citrate (0.9%, urine alkalising substance), fructo-oligosaccharides (220 mg/kg), β-glucans (200 mg/kg), mannan-oligosaccharides (180 mg/kg), Mojave yucca (150 mg/kg), curcuma and decaffeinated green tea extract (sources of flavonoids and polyphenols), Lactobacillus acidophilus HA–122 inactivated (15 × 10⁹ cells/kg).

Feeding Instructions

Complete feed. It is recommended that advice from a veterinarian be sought before use and before extending the period of use. Feed for chronic renal insufficiency initially for up to 6 months, temporary renal insufficiency for 2 to 4 weeks, and chronic cardiac insufficiency initially for up to 6 months. Feed dry or slightly moistened. Fresh drinking water should always be available. Feed the recommended daily amounts shown in the feeding table and adjust according to your dog's condition.
