The Ancol Ergo Wood Handle Soft Bristle Brush is a traditionally designed grooming tool. Ideal for small dogs, puppies and cats, the brush will smooth your pet's coat and removes loose hairs. The brush has soft bristles, making it ideal for pets that are nervous about being groomed and suitable for all types of dog coat. The soft brush is also useful to smooth long coats after they have been groomed with a moulting comb or slicker. Grooming your pet helps maintain a smooth and glossy coat and is an important way of bonding with them.

We are committed to reducing our packaging and using recycled and recyclable packaging. This now uses cardboard packaging that is widely recycled.

Directions for use:

Gently brush the hair in the direction of the fur growth. The soft bristles will pick up any loose hairs and smooth the coat. If your pet is nervous or new to grooming, ensure the brush is used gently and slowly. Pause or end the grooming session if your pet becomes agitated.

Grooming tips:

Grooming is a wonderful way to bond with your pet, but animals that are new to grooming should be introduced to it slowly. Begin grooming sessions when your pet is relaxed, if possible, after they have exercised. Use tools gently and avoid tugging on the skin or on knots or mats. Give your pet plenty of reassurance throughout the grooming session. Pause or end the grooming session if your pet becomes agitated or shows signs of stress. Keep grooming sessions brief to begin with, and increase the length of the sessions as your pet becomes used to grooming.
