FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
Are KONG toys suitable for aggressive chewers?
Yes the KONG and KONG Extreme toys are designed with powerful jaws in mind. Their range offers a number of options for dogs including sturdy plushies, hard rubber chewers, interactive toys and more. Check out the full collection of KONG here!
What toys are best for keeping a dog mentally stimulated?
Interactive and puzzle toys are a great way to keep your dog both busy and active. Whether it's a treat dispenser or a toy with multiple parts, they enjoy the stimulation of trying to figure them out. To see our range, use the filter options down the side of the product grid and look for "Product Feature".
Are there toys suitable for puppies specifically?
Yes we offer a number of puppy appropriate toys. These are often lighter and softer for young pups to play with. To see our offering, check out the product filters on the left side of the product grid and look for "Pet Lifestage".
Which toys are safe to leave with a dog unsupervised?
All of our toys have been approved by our very own PDSA vets. This approval means that the toys have been deemed safe for a dog to play with both supervised and unsupervised. The main hazard for dogs is chocking hazards so toys with breakaway small hard parts are always not recommended.
Do any of the toys here work for water play?
Be sure to check if a product specifically states it is for water play. These toys often float and do not hold much water. Toys that are not water safe can often take on a lot of water and so prove to be a hazard for dogs, specifically when they chew on them and inhale the water.
