I bought the food for a cat who, since she got dementia, has become incredibly picky with her food. What she wolfs down today she turns her nose up at tomorrow. She's always been partial to anything with lamb in so I thought perhaps this would hit the spot. The meat is very densely packed with no sloppy mush in it and I thought the smell was sure to appeal to her. She gave it a few nibbles at the edge of the bowl then walked away with a swish of her tail and a backwards glance that pretty much said 'nice try but now go and cook me some chicken'. I tried again a couple of days later, gave it a quick twirl in the microwave, and even added her favourites food topper, but I'm afraid she just went and sat by the drawer where her treats are stashed. Such a shame because I'm sure most cats would turn somersaults for something this good.
